Echoes of Serenity - ***NEW FOR 2024/2025***
Nurture yourself and experience the newest offering by Settle Into Stillness, "Echoes of Serenity." In this Sound Journey, we will utilize up to 17 gongs, ranging from 19” to 60”, to induce complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation; cultivating a deep sense of calm and inner peace. Your physical body will rest in a comfortable and supported savasana as you are bathed by a sea of sound created by gongs from some of the world’s top gong makers. This offering will focus on gongs placed in a three-dimensional space immersing the listener, as well as other world-music instrumentation. Each experience is created and offered with love and intention for healing and relaxation. Whether you're seeking to unwind after a busy week or explore the transformative power of the gong, this journey promises to be a deeply profound experience. Don’t miss this opportunity to reconnect with yourself and embrace the serenity within.
All are welcome, no prior experience with yoga or meditation necessary.
